I came to Sunset Veterinary Hospital in Fall 2002.  I had worked at a cat-only vet practice in Hawaii until I moved in 2001. Currently, my life is filled with kitty-love as I share my home with 5 cats (Chandler, Phoebe, Piper, Wednesday, and Speed Racer).
- Cherie

After graduating from UC Riverside in 2008, I worked at another vet hospital prior to coming to Sunset Vet. I have experience with all aspects of veterinary medicine as well as some receptionist work. So far, I am thoroughly enjoying my time here. Currently I have two dogs, Marley and Pepe.
- Marcela

After graduating from UC Davis with an Animal Science degree in 2009, I stuck around to get my master's in Nutritional Biology (cat nutrition!). I volunteered and traveled in Africa for six months prior to starting here at Sunset Vet. When I'm not working you can find me volunteering with VetSOS, cooking, taking photos, and hanging out with my kitty, Ponce.
- Natalie

I have been working at Sunset Vet since June 2009, and I have enjoyed every minute. I started at Cal Poly SLO in 2010, majoring in Animal Science. My goal is to one day become a veterinarian and Sunset Veterinary Hospital has provided me with the chance to learn about the profession. In my spare time I am usually riding my horse or trying to teach my dog, Cisco, a new trick.

Receptionists

I started working at Sunset Vet Hospital in March 1991. I have mainly been a receptionist, but I have also assisted the doctors by holding animals or giving vaccines.
- Marge

I am one of the receptionists at Sunset Veterinary Hospital, and I have worked here for nine years. I enjoy greeting all the wonderful cats and dogs every day. I don't have any pets at this time, but I have had the pleasure of owning cats, and one dog, over the years.
- Chris

I have been working at Sunset Vet for a few years now. I am currently studying at Penn State and work as a receptionsit when I come home on breaks. I love coming home becuase it means that I can come back and see all the puppies and kitties. I have one Boston Terrier at home named Hopper. He makes me laugh.
