Do we take Pet Insurance? Like most veterinarians, we do not process pet insurance claims. We provide the necessary veterinary services, then fill out the claim form and mail records so the insurance company then reimburses the client. Whether some treatment or procedure is a covered expense or not and to what degree is a topic to discuss with the insurance company directly.
